Community Service

BREMAC is currently in our 21st year of providing excellent HVAC services to the Richmond community. We have been very blessed by a community that has supported us over the last 20+ years. Now, we'd like to return the favor to our community. A couple of years ago charitable giving went down because of the economy and many organizations were looking at considerable shortfalls for their programs. About a year ago we asked ourselves what we could do to benefit the community as a whole. We came up with an idea that we are very excited about called Penguin Fundraisers©. We've developed a fundraiser program where Penguin Fundraisers© participants can select a non-profit organization of their choice and a portion of each participant's service or installation ticket will be donated to that organization. Please know that this is not just a BREMAC thing. It's all about giving back to the community. We currently have enlisted the services of other companies such as Brent Electrical, Bright Ideas Lawn and Landscape, John Talley Motors, and Fan Roofing for the Penguin Fundraisers© program and we will be adding more businesses as we move forward with the program.

We all have an HVAC system, we all have electrical needs, we all have lawn & landscape needs, automotive needs, or roofing needs of some sort in our homes and businesses. All of these will need service, upkeep, or replacement at some point. So, why not use great companies like those participating in Penguin Fundraisers© that offer fair and professional services and raise funds to advance your cause? We who participate in the Penguin Fundraisers© program benefit because we keep busy in a down economy and we get to give back to worthy causes all at the same time! If you like this idea, feel free to pass it on to your church or non-profit. We'd be happy to enroll them.

Some of the organizations we have donated to include the Alzheimer's Association, American Cancer Society, American Lung Association, American Red Cross, Boys & Girls Club, Calvary Chapel, Central Virginia Food Bank, Central VA JDRF Chapter, Central VA Legal Aid Society, Children's Home, Duncan Memorial UMC, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Grove Avenue Baptist Church, Hopkins Elementary School, International Hospital for Children, Manchester Volunteer Rescue Squad, Meals on Wheels, Mechanicsville Christian Center, Mosby Memorial Baptist Church, Ramsey Methodist Church, Richmond Animal League, Richmond SPCA, Safe Harbor, Shady Grove UMC, Special Olympics, St. Bridget's School, St. Edward Catholic Church, St. Johns Catholic Church, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, St. Mary's Catholic Church, Stoney Point Presbyterian, Richmond Outreach Center, Salvation Army, Three Chopt Church of Christ, Truth Baptist Church, and the YMCA.
