Covenant Daughters
BREMAC, helping
others in time of need.
BREMAC
played a small role in the community project
known as Covenant Daughters. With the
gracious help of donated heating/cooling
equipment from our local
Carrier
distributor,
the staff of BREMAC donated their time and
expertise to install the HVAC equipment for this
very worthy project.
Covenant
Daughters Ministry, Inc. provides a healthy
Christian home environment for unwed, pregnant,
teens in crisis. This home is designed to
provide a family type setting, with
house-parents and no more than eight girls in
the residence at one time. House-parents are
first of all mothers and fathers giving love,
discipline, and nurturing to all the residents
placed in their care. Being an unwed, pregnant
teen facing an unplanned pregnancy can produce
many challenges. Covenant Daughters wants to
lend a helping hand toward one goal – offering
the skills necessary for personal, emotional and
spiritual growth while saving the life of her
baby. The program provides an exciting and
challenging opportunity for growth as the teen
interacts with the staff, volunteers and other
birthmothers. Services are available to the
unwed, teenage birthmothers, their families and
significant others, without regard to race,
color, legal residence, economic status or
religious affiliation.
We wish to extend a
most grateful Thank You to
Carrier Corporation
for their gracious support of this worthy
project and also our thanks go out to Diane
Claiborne and Covenant Daughters for allowing us
to share in this experience. Thank you.

Covenant Daughters

Atlee Little
League
Big League dreams ignite at a young age. And
Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems, along with
BREMAC, are making
kids feel like they’ve already hit the pros with
their sponsorship of Little League baseball.
“We
were looking for an opportunity to support
children, and Little League Baseball was a
perfect fit,” says Keith Terrell, marketing
manger of dealer programs at Bryant. “Our
participation shows how Bryant and their dealers
will do whatever it takes to support their
communities.”
BREMAC, a
Richmond-based Bryant dealer locally owned and
operated since 1990, donated a pitching machine,
valued at $2,400.00 to
the Atlee Little League of
Mechanicsville, VA. Everett Williamson,
Service Manager for
BREMAC, was a past Little League President, and
says “The pitching machine is a great, safe tool
for the little leaguers development.”
Since 2003, Bryant has been a proud local
sponsor of Little League teams across the
country and in 2005, more than 70 Bryant dealers
participated in the program to donate $254,422
worth of equipment for the 2005 season. That
breakdown includes 3,293 equipment bags, 1,056
water coolers, 7,497 scorebooks, 2,308 ball
buckets and 36,065 refrigerator magnets.
Atlee Little League is an all volunteer
organization with approximately 900 kids ranging
in age from 5 to 18 participating in baseball
and softball. BREMAC is community service
oriented, and this is the first year sponsoring
Atlee Little League. BREMAC looks forward
to a long lasting relationship with Atlee Little
League through the Bryant Little League Program.
