Ever had water on your ceiling from your A/C overflowing? We offer and install EZ traps and Pan Safety Switches. These devices will sense water problems BEFORE they get on your ceiling. They automatically shut your system down before any damage is done to your home. The source of most water problems is Algae! Our maintenance customers get a FREE Algaecide treatment every year. While not 100% effective, nothing really is, our Algaecide pads should last the entire cooling season giving you protection from water damage to your ceiling/walls.
